A video guestbook is a small recording station at your party. Guests step up, see a short prompt and leave a message on camera. Afterward the vendor gathers every clip and edits them into a keepsake film. The messages from grandparents and from the relatives who traveled are the ones families rewatch.

- A tablet or camera on a stand, a ring light, a small mic and often a backdrop. They deliver it, set it up and take it away.

- A self-serve tablet runs on its own. An attended booth has a host who invites guests over and helps the shy ones.

- A corner about the size of a small table plus room for two people to stand. Keep it away from the speakers so voices come through.
