Six steps to a booked party
Setup takes about two minutes. After that, we bring the quotes to you.
Tell us about the party.
Pick what you're celebrating, then the date, the place, the guest count and your budget. Or type it all in one box and we fill in the steps for you to check. Tick what you've already booked so payment tracking starts on day one.
Pick what to ask for.
Tap a card on your board and answer two to four questions about it, like hours, style, and indoors or outdoors.
Confirm your phone.
We text you a code once, before your first request goes out. It keeps fake requests off the system, so vendors take yours seriously.
We find vendors near your venue.
Up to 3 vendors get your request. If too few cover your area, we look for more and invite them.
Compare quotes.
First quotes usually come within 2 days, side by side with what's included. If you have fewer than 2 after 5 days, we offer to widen the search.
Choose, then book.
Tap Share my info and that vendor gets your phone and email. Tap Not for me and pick a reason. You book and pay the vendor directly, then log the payment and the card moves to Booked.

From the venue to the cake, each card shows where it stands: Idea, Asking for quotes, Quotes in, Booked or Paid. Your budget, what's committed, what's paid, what's still owed and the next payment due sit across the top.

Answer a few questions about a category and we send your request to local vendors. Their quotes come back together, with what's included and the price per guest. Tap Share my info only for the one you want.

Every deposit and balance, tracked.
Log each payment as you pay vendors directly, and we remind you before each due date. Assign any item, or part of one, to one or more padrinos by dollar amount or by share. Each padrino gets a link showing what they cover.
The schedule, on your phone.
Seven days out we can email every booked vendor to confirm the date, time and address, after you approve it. On the day you get the run of show, a contact sheet and the balances still due.

Nothing to download
It's a website, so your planner opens on your phone or at your desk. There's no app to install and no account to pay for.
Why it's free for you
Vendors pay a small fee to send you a quote, from $5 to $25 depending on the size of the job. That fee is how we make money, so the planner costs you nothing and your info is never for sale.

Is it really free?
Yes. Hosts never pay. Vendors pay a small fee to send you a quote, and that's how we make money.
Do I have to book vendors through you?
No. You book and pay vendors directly. The planner keeps your party organized whether you book vendors through us or not.
Will vendors start calling me?
Only the ones you pick. Vendors see your request, not your phone or email, until you tap Share my info on their quote.
How many quotes will I get?
Up to 3 for each thing you ask for. First quotes usually come within 2 days, and if you have fewer than 2 after 5 days, we offer to widen the search.
Why do you need my phone number?

What kinds of parties can I plan?
