What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Claiming your profile is free, and so is reading leads. You pay only when you send a quote, and your first quote is free.
How do you set the fee on a lead?
We estimate the size of the job from the category and the guest count: $5 under $300, $10 from $300 to $1,000, and $25 for bigger jobs. The fee is on the lead before you decide.
What if the host never opens my quote?
If she doesn't open it within 7 days, the fee goes back to your balance automatically. It also comes back if she closes the request first.
What if she opens it and picks someone else?
Then the fee stays spent, because she read your quote. You'll see her reason, like over budget or date changed, so you know for next time.
Do you take a cut when I'm hired?
No. There's no booking fee. The host books and pays you directly, through your booking link, your phone or whatever you already use.
Do I need a storefront?
No. You need one priced package and the area you cover, either miles from your address or a list of areas, plus any travel fee.
What goes on my profile?
We start it from your public info. You fill in your services, at least one package with a price, your service area and your photos.
Does my balance expire?
No. Paid balance never expires. Auto-refill is off unless you turn it on, and you get a receipt for every charge.
